1. What we collect

Account details you provide directly (name, email, role), influencer profile details (date of birth, location, social media handles and metrics, identity document for verification), client profile details (organization, category, location), and records of campaigns, bookings, and applications you create or respond to.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: matching influencers with campaigns, verifying influencer identity and profile accuracy before approval, sending you transactional emails and in-app notifications about your account, campaigns, bookings, and applications, and for security purposes (e.g. detecting fraudulent account activity).

3. Who can see what

Your date of birth is masked by default and only visible to our team when explicitly revealed. Payment details and next-of-kin information are collected by our team only and are never shown to other users. An influencer’s identity document is visible only to our team while reviewing the profile, never to clients or other influencers. We may also keep internal notes about an account for support or moderation purposes; these aren’t visible to the account holder or other users.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. Basic profile information relevant to a campaign (name, public metrics) is shared between a client and an influencer once a booking exists between them. We don’t share data with third parties beyond what’s needed to operate the service (e.g. our email delivery provider).

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support. Some records (e.g. transactional history tied to a completed campaign) may be retained where we have a legitimate business reason to keep them.
